• Portable (Cart-mounted) CIP Systems for Tablet Coaters

   

  The cleaning and sanitization of a coating pan that uses difficult to clean tablet coating products, can take as long as eight hours or more to complete.  OMNI CIP Cart customers have reduced their cleaning operation down to under two hours.  The OMNI CIP Cart is a compact, mobile, Clean-in-Place (CIP) system for the automatic cleaning and sanitization of Tablet Coaters. 

   

• Portable (Cart-mounted) Temp Control for Jacketed Reactors

In 30 minutes or less,the OMNI Temperature Control Cart can be rolled up and connected to your jacketed reactor, filter or tank to control heating and cooling cycles.  The OMNI Temperature Control Cart is a self-contained, compact, mobile, single-fluid temperature control system.

• Portable (Cart-mounted) Weigh Cart and Dispense Cart

The OMNI WeighCart is specially engineered to meet your unique requirements therefore the OMNI WeighCart can be used across multiple suites for weighing and dispensing operations.  A simple multi-conductor cable is created with the wiring required to connect to the equipment in your suite.  These connectors are unique to your machine but common to the WeighCart.  Once connected, the unit is ready for operation.
